Hysteresis in micro-magnet The hysteresis loop measurement on a micro-magnet is difficult even by using commercial SQUID susceptometers. A semiconductor/ferromagnet hybrid structure provides a sufficiently high sensitivity to measure the coercive field of individual micro-magnet. The magnetic force microscopy (MFM) observation agrees with the Hall-resistance hysteresis loop.
