CREST Workshop on
Speech Motor Control and Modeling

in Sapporo

Place: Hotel Lusis Sapporo

The CREST Workshop on Speech Motor Control and Modeling was held by JST (Japan Science and Technology Corporation) CREST Project. The objective of this workshop was to provide an opportunity for discussing on the theoretical and experimental aspects of speech motor control and modeling. Invited speakers presented several key issues on speech motor control.

Before this workshop, International Symposium on Measurement, Analysis and Modeling of Human Functions (ISHF2001) was held on September 21-23, 2001 at Hokkaido University, Sapporo, which included an organized session for speech motor control.
