Accommodation

Accommodation can be made in hotels near Hon-Atsugi Station of Odakyu line (hotel map). The following two hotels offer special rates for symposium participants. Although these rates still apply, the number of available rooms are limited after Feb. 15. It is therefore strongly recommended to make accommodations immediately, if you haven't done so. To make reservations, please use the FAX reservation form below and send it to the hotel.

Shuttle buses will be arranged between Royal Park Hotel and the symposium site.
