• Reception and welcome party

  Reception starts from 17:00 on March 9 (Sun) at Atsugi Royal Park Hotel.
  This is followed by a Welcome Party, which is held from 18:00 through 21:00 at Atsugi Royal Park Hotel.

• Language

  The official language of the symposium is English.

• Registration

  On-line registration is closed. Registration can be made on-site.

• Registration fee
  

  Full registration 10,000 yen
  Student registration 5,000 yen

• Financial support for students

  Financial support will be given to a limited number of students. Students who need the support should indicate this in the comment field of the registration page.

• Payment

  Bank transfer is finished. Registration fee should be paid on-site by cash.

• Banquet

  A banquet will be held at Royal Park Hotel on March 11th (no extra charge).
