  The symposium will be held at NTT Basic Research Laboratories in Atsugi, Kanagawa, Japan.

• Accommodation

  Accommodation for participants and accompany persons will be arranged in a hotel, Royal Park Hotel. A shuttle bus will be arranged between this hotel and the symposium site (NTT Basic research Laboratories).
  
  Single room per night: 10,500 Yen
  Twin room per night: 8,925 Yen/person
  (including buffet breakfast and tax)

• Banquet

  A banquet will be held at Royal Park Hotel on March 5 (no extra charge).
  

• Financial Support for Students

  Financial support will be given to a limited number of students. Students who need support should apply for funding when they submit abstract.
