The Quantum Solid State Physics Research Group of NTT Basic Research Laboratories, provides employment opportunities and invites professors and researchers to the Atsugi Location in Kanagawa Prefecture to conduct fundamental research and enhance international relationships in the field of Semiconductor nano and layer physics.

Post doctoral fellow, student trainee, and invited professor programs are all supported by the NTT Basic Research Laboratories. As one of the most experienced host companies in Japan, about 20 postdocs, professors, and trainees are present at any one time and exchanging research ideas and developing research collaborations.
