Welcome to our research group. We investigate novel materials and technologies at the atomic scale.
The synthesis of new materials and their dimensionality/crystal symmetry control offer exciting opportunities for discovering novel physical phenomena. Our research focuses on complex transition metal oxides/nitrides and two-dimensional (2D) layered materials. These materials encompass a wide range of functionalities, including superconductivity, magnetism, dielectric properties, and semiconducting behavior, making them promising candidates for next-generation electronics and photonics.
