Texture Surface Masking
A texture pattern is flashed followed by a ring (if the movie worked properly). In the center of the texture, there is a line that is orthogonal to the other lines (pop-out element). Observing them with a fixation at the dot aobve, the texture region inside the ring may appear invisible except for the pop-out element.
