Quantum spin Hall insulators
- Electric-field driven topological phase transition in InAs/InGaSb quantum wells. [PRMater]
- Detrimental effects of epitaxial tensile strain in InAs/GaSb quantum wells. [PRB]
- Strain-enhanced large energy gap in InAs/InGaSb quantum wells. [APL]
- Device geometry for the study of single-edge transport. [PRB]
Hybrid Josephson junctions
- Observation of Andreev bound states in hybrid SQPC. [PRB]
- Observation of critical current quantization in hybrid SQPC. [PRB]
- Clear conductance quantization in high-In-content InGaAs. [APEX]
