The Registration Fee is fixed and cannot be prorated.
The full and student registration fees include a copy of the abstract booklet, coffee breaks, lunches (from Wednesday to Friday) and the welcome reception and symposium banquet. The fee for accompanying persons covers coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome reception and banquet.
Registration page has been CLOSED.
On-site registration is available at the venue.
Methods of Payment
The registration fee must be paid in JPY cash at the conference site or remitted to the bank account (shown below) by October 16, 2015.
- Onsite Payment by Cash
Please pay the registration fees in cash at the registration desk upon your arrival. Only cash payment in Japanese yen is accepted. Any other currencies or credit card payment will NOT be accepted at the site.
The registration fee shown above is applicable only if you complete the online registration by October 16, 2015. For those who did not make online registration, onsite registration fees 25,000 JPY (Full) or 13,000 JPY (Student) will be applied. - Bank Wire Transfer
Bank transfer fee is not included in the registration fee. Please bear all the bank transfer fees at the remitter's expense.
Please make sure the sender's name include or is changed to the ISNTT2015 participant, if the name of the account holder is different. The registration fee must be remitted by October 16, 2015.

Please note that you are required to cover both an international wire transfer fee charged by your bank AND an inward remittance fee per each money transfer from abroad required by Mizuho Bank.
If you wish to pay by international wire transfer, please send 20,000JPY (Full) or 10,000JPY (Student) to our bank account, and pay the fees for both ends (the fee your bank charges and the fee of our bank to receive the fund).
