Notice to presenters: 

Oral presentation schemes

The time allotted to each oral presentation is :
Invited papers 30 min including 5 min discussion
Contributed papers 20 min including 5 min discussion.

Both overhead projector and LCD projector will be available. Those who wish to use a LCD projector should bring their own computer. In order to escape a trouble, the organizers ask all oral speakers to bring overhead projector sheets even if they will use the LCD projector. To save your presentation time, please start up your computer before your talk if you will use it.

Poster presentation schemes

Poster sessions are scheduled on March 1st in the presentation room and 2ndin the lobby of the main conference room. Boards, 180cm wide and 176cm high, will be available for poster presentations.
The title of the paper, the authors and their affiliations should be clearly displayed at the top of the board.
A code number that appears in the symposium program identifies the poster boards. Material for fixing the poster to the board (pins) will be provided. Please set up posters before the session begins and keep on display for full symposium days.
