Presentation Instructions

(a) Oral presentation schemes

The time allotted to each oral presentation is:
Invited papers 30 min including 5 min discussion
Contributed papers 20 min including 5 min discussion

Both overhead projector and LCD projector will be available. Those who wish to use an LCD projector should bring their own computers. In order to avoid trouble, the organizers ask all oral speakers to bring overhead projector sheets even if they will use the LCD projector. To save your presentation time, please start up your computer before talk if you will use it.
We also strongly recommend that you bring a copy of electrical file of your presentation stored in a memory media like CD-ROM and USB memory stick. This will help you (and us!) when your laptop PC suddenly stops during your presentation.

(b) Poster presentation schemes

Poster session is scheduled on Feburary 27th in the presentation room and on 28th in the lobby of the main Conference hall.
Boards, 180cm wide and 180cm high, will be available for poster presentation.
The title of the paper, the authors and their affiliations should be clearly displayed at the top of the board. A code number that appears in the conference program identifies the poster boards. Material for fixing the poster to the board (sticking tape) will be provided. Please set up posters before the session begins and keep on display for full conference days..
