I received B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Applied Chemistry from Waseda University in Tokyo in 1995, 1997 and 2002, respectively (supervised by Profs. Kazuyuki Kuroda and Yoshiyuki Sugahara). In 1997, I joined NTT Basic Research Laboratories.
