Registration fees

  • Full Registration 30,000 JPY (Onsite registration 35,000 JPY)
  • Student 15,000 JPY (Onsite registration 20,000 JPY)
  • Banquet 8,000 JPY
The registration fees include conference materials, coffee break refreshments, lunches (from Wednesday to Friday).

VISA Requirement

All persons entering Japan must have a valid passport. In addition, persons from certain countries must obtain a valid visa before entering Japan. If you need VISA to enter Japan, please select "YES" for the VISA requirement on the Registration Page.

Personal information of participants who wish to request accommodation booking through the registration page is provided to Kinki Nippon Tourist Co., Ltd.(KNT). KNT will collect and hold your personal information for the purposes of:
