Abstract Submission

A single A4 page abstract should be prepared using any of the following templates: Word / LaTeX / PDF

Presentation Instructions

Oral Presentation

The time allotted for oral presentations including 5 min Q&A is:

• Keynote speaker: 60 min
• Invited speaker: 30 min
• Contributing speaker: 20 min

The oral presentations will use an LCD projector and the speakers must bring their own computer AND a copy of the presentation file on a USB memory as backup.

VGA (DE-15/HD-15) and HDMI (DVI) cables are available for the projector and Mac users are requested to provide a compatible adapter.

Poster presentation

Posters are requested in A0 portrait format (84 cm wide and 119cm high) and the title, authors and their affiliations should be clearly displayed at the top.

Poster boards and pins to affix the posters will be provided. The posters must be continuously displayed for the duration of the symposium.

Language

The official language of the symposium is English.
