Submitting your Abstract

Registering to ISNTT2021
All oral sessions and poster sessions can be seen via My Page. We plan to use Zoom and Remo platform.
ATTENTION Sound-Recording, Video-recording, or taking picture (including screen captures) of any contents delivered in this symposium, as well as quotation, diversion, distribution, and publication using them, are strictly prohibited.
Presentation Instructions
NOTE We ask that you do not use proprietary materials/figures that you are not authorized to use. NTT shall not be liable for any claims, penalties, loss, damages, or expenses caused by this.
Oral Presentation
The time allotted for oral presentations including 5 min Q&A is:
Plenary speaker: 50 minInvited speaker: 30 min
Contributing speaker: 20 min
- All oral sessions will take place via Zoom meeting.
- A presenter can directly visit Zoom meeting for all sessions via the My Page.
Poster presentation
Read below details for uploading the poster and how to present your poster:
- Poster Session will take place via Remo.
- A presenter can directly visit Remo via the My Page.
- Poster format
A poster should be provided in the PDF format (< 10 MB) with the title, authors, and their affiliations are clearly displayed at the top. The poster pdf can be composed of either,
(a) a single page (e.g. A0 size poster) or
(b) multiple pages (e.g. 10 pages of A4 size slides).
We would like to ask the presenters to upload the poster via "Poster upload" button, which will appear in "My Page" for the poster presenters.
The deadline is on Tuesday at 17:00 (JST), December 7. If you wish to know how the poster will be shown in our conference system, please see below (2). - How to access and present your poster
The presenters/participants can access to the posters from the "Program" of "My Page", the link to the Poster Session will be updated soon.
The posters will be posted during the conference period (Dec. 14 to 17, 2021). The participant can freely check them from the links that appear in “Program” page of “My page” during the conference period. Moreover, the participant can leave a comment near a poster, which is useful to promote discussion and communication with the presenter.
When the poster includes multiple pages [(1)(b) type], the participants can turn the page by clicking the poster.
During the poster session and additional time, Remo system (https://remo.co/) is open to promote interactive discussion and communication. The participants can find that the presenter's poster is already prepared on the whiteboard. Note that, if the poster includes multiple pages [(1)(b) type], then these pages are extracted and displayed on the whiteboard. (The detailed instructions about Remo will be announced later in "My Page".)
In the Remo system, the participant can visit each poster area and talk with other participants as is in the on-site conference.
Language
The official language of the symposium is English.
Citation
The method of citation and reuse is the same whether the event is held online or on-site. See this for more details → Citation/Reuse
Student Poster Award
ISNTT 2021 will have a student poster award. The award will be given to a limited number of students who give outstanding poster presentations. The selection will be based on the context of the research, technical content, and presentation quality.

Whenever personal information is collected by NTT Basic Research Laboratories (NTT-BRL), it will be identified why this information is collected, how it will be used and how long it will be retained. Personal information submitted to NTT-BRL is handled appropriately within the scope of the purpose of use and will not be disclosed to any third party.

- confirming your registration for "ISNTT 2021";
- responding to queries made by you;

- providing you with information about other services that we, our related entities and other organisations that we have affiliations with offer, that may be of interest to you;
- keep you up to date of our achievements, new appointments, future conferences and events.
