The proceedings of FSNS2003 will be published in a special issue of Physica E published by Elsevier Science. All invited and accepted papers are encouraged to submit a manuscript at the conference site.

The manuscript should be prepared with double line spacing and wide margins, on numbered sheets. All manuscripts should be written in proper English. The title page should contain: Article title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract, Keywords, PACS numbers, corresponding author's name, address, and Fax/E-mail.

The page limits are:

Invited papers: 6 printed pages
Contributed papers (oral and poster): 4 printed pages

This is a strict limitation and the authors should precisely calculate the estimated paper length by using the following calculation form:

LENGTH_CALC.doc

One original and three copies of the manuscript together with the filled length calculation form should be submitted to the FSNS2003 publication office by one of the authors during the symposium.

The submission using electrical files and/or mails is not acceptable. The electrical files can be submitted together only with the final accepted paper copy.
